Svp, Enterprise Contracts Manager
Current• Manage and develop a team of 14 members • Oversee reviewing, drafting, redlining, and negotiation of critical and non-critical contracts; including those requiring in-depth knowledge or experience in a specialized area of law or litigation• Monitor contracts and regulatory compliance for services provided; Monitor compliance with contract terms and conditions staff• Direct the administration of complex, long-term services & major facilities, IT, administrative support and construction contracts• Manage enterprise-wide contract management system, including ongoing maintenance efforts, contract configuration, contract templates and alternate language and process flows• Create, modify and extract reports and dashboards to communicate key metrics to contracting personnel and leadership team• Maintain vendor management and operations • Collaborated with 5 other teams on a daily to weekly basis in Supply Chain as well as 7 to 10 additional groups around the bank on intersecting projects
