Territory Manager
Responsible for providing and fostering positive employee engagement tasks such as applying strong communication and analytical skills that foster positive engagement for new and tenured students, faculty, and staff, within the Enrollment Management department of a 200 million dollar mid- size organization in the education industry.Foster a positive engagement experience for new and tenured students, faculty, and staff to promote inclusion, diversity and to decrease attrition.Strong project management skills in the preparation and execution of daily, weekly, and monthly campus events showcasing our campus, diverse faculty, and student body to potential students enforcing our commitment to diversity and inclusion from ones’ initial encounter.• Review and analyze surveys and other materials sent to employees and students to enhance the engagement experience and communicating those responses with on-going improvements and ideas to keep everyone involved and engaged.• Increased first year enrollment by 30% through initial engagement and follow-up sessions and increasing our brand in the west coast.
