I immigrated to Australia at the age of 18. When I was in China I attended the Shanghai Foreign Language School for 6 years, which allowed me to learn western culture and communication for a significant period of time before I immigrated to Australia. I grew up in a business environment family. My parents have their own business for more than 10 years. After I went into Uni, I was further trained to help them and often had a deep conversation in regarding to the business development. I enjoy working with others and have strong communication skills. I can successfully multitask on several levels and interact positively with all stakeholders. I am familiar with both Chinese culture and western culture. I know how to combine/balance these cultures. I can offer valuable assistance to an employer who would wish to cooperate with Chinese businesses and/or attract Chinese clients. I have a Master of International Business and Bachelor of Psychological Science from University of Adelaide.During my studies I acquired in-depth knowledge on the following areas• Consumer behaviour: I possess a strong understanding of customer needs and values. I can provide solutions, suggestions, and ideas in planning the scope of an event such as time, location, program, and expenditure based on the customer’s needs.• Cross-culture communication and negotiation: I have solid interpersonal and intercultural communication skills. I believe there will always be a chance to meet clients from different backgrounds. I can vary my service style according to customers' communication habits to offer a unique and interactive approach. • International strategy: I have gained skills in solving dilemmas and providing practical plans by applying SWOT analysis and Porter Five Force.• Language skills: I am a native Mandarin speaker as well as a native-like English speaker.
