In my last jobs I was responsible for customer care and searching of potential customers, searching for new suppliers, negotiating of business conditions, processing of price calculations and offers, inquiries, delivery notes, placing orders and their confirmations, checking on their dispatch, communication with the customers during the processing order, telephone and e-mail communication with suppliers, customers and shipping companies, processing and dealing with claims, keeping of databases, coordination and managing people, purchasing.Responsibility, reliability, honesty and precision are my advantages with the goal to exceed the customer´s expectations.
