• operation of the network of filling stations and departments Help Desk, Technicians, ICT, Testers, Deployment a total of 31 people• building a Help Desk 24/7 on the JIRA Sofware platform from Atlassian• implementation of a technician management tool• creation of ICT concepto internal ICT for 80 users in 2 countries and 3 locationso deployment of JIRA Sofware platform from Atlassian for internal purposes and customer supporto external ICT for our customers in 3 countries (SR, CR and HU)• preparation of automation of SW product testing• preparation for the deployment of releases of various products
