Specific standard activities include implementation Honeywell Operating System tools and standards.Kaizen training & involvement, Support, lead or mentor continuous improvement projects. Teach continuous improvement thinking & lead Kaizen events on a regular basis.Observe and ensure following of work rules and internal HSE guidelines resulting from responsibilities of managers and other employees in HS&E areas in the current wording.Support factory footprint, rationalization, transition & integration projects.Responsible for plant, shopfloor and lines layout including AutoCAD drawings. Leading and coordinating full plant/shop floor relayout project, cross depatmental coordination (micro and macro management) including budget planning and cost control (SAP, Purchase Orders, Acceptance protocols, Delivery notes, Goods receipts), dealing with suppliers.
