In my leadership work, I rely mainly on my experience from working as a consultant, and I find the coaching approach the best when it comes to leading people.🔹 Business I've managed to build a team of great people who look after the needs of our customers, whether on construction sites or social events. I motivate them to be close to our customers, know their daily routine and be able to recognise and resolve any issues. I constantly strive to innovate, whether it's our services, processes, or our approach. I have managed to change the perception of our brand from a local supplier to a global provider of hygiene services of the highest quality. We have become key partners for Slovakia's biggest festivals and most important construction companies, which has also had a significant impact on improving our business results and economic indicators. 🔹 PeopleI recognise and admire people who work hard, who have achieved something ... whether using their minds or their hands. I have a lot of respect for manual workers, because many times things depend mainly on their work, but they are not mentioned too many times and very little praise is given to them.🔹 LifeI love to enjoy life. On the water, in the snow, on a bike or motorbike, with a ball or a racket - dealing with various topics, various people and on various occasions.
