In the early beginnings of my professional life, I fell in love with many possibilities and challenges brought by my first experiences in logistics as Production manager within TNT Post Slovakia. As the company and the team grew, more sophisticated and complex solutions needed to be solved, which was more than satisfying after everything has been accomplished. As the time passed by, next challenges awaited me in my big family called Cromwell a.s, where I spent beautiful 20 years of continuous development; first within Head of Delivery dep. role, then within Operations Director role. Let´s say, game changing with lot of options from multiple areas such as client relations, data, planning, projects, development of internal software and new products to the most significant and most valuable asset for every company - THE PEOPLE. Through the time I figured out that what was always my natural attitude towards people with creating and establishing wide, long lasting, and friendly relationships is nowadays called „networking“. Good to know as this fits also to my current role as Senior Purchaser within the Schemnitz Group. I utterly hate selling myself but selling something, regardless of whether it is a product or a service I believe in, is a true delight. As I´m growing older, I developed in professional life true passion for working with people. The best ideas always come from team of people and hearing their perspectives, never just from one person. That´s one of the best friends of „can do“ mindset. I enjoy helping folks from everyday tasks to guide them through difficult decisions and love to see them shine and grow as individuals and many of them, future leaders.
