The main responsibility of this position is to lead and deliver services and projects for clients. This period can be divided into: - 2016-2018 - delivering one service for one customer in USB and Audio validation area, - 2018-2022 - delivering multiple services in multiple departments for one client: validation in the areas of networking and artificial intelligence, - from 2022 - providing a wide range of services and projects for several clients on behalf of the SII Embedded Competence Center in the area of SW and FW development (R&D and maintenance). Main responsibilities:- Contacting customers (including pre-sales), analyzing customer orders, prioritizing deliveries and making schedule adjustments to meet on-time delivery targets, creating a project plan & risk management, building positive and productive working relationships with customers for business development, and serving as the main contact for customer inquiries and concerns.- running new services and projects, taking care of existing ones.- Manage budgets, allocate resources, assign tasks according to delivery requirements, recruit new employees, and negotiate delivery rates with customers.- Setting tasks and priorities for team leaders, monitoring the progress and quality of work, and ensuring the services' timeliness, completeness, and accuracy.
