My career comprises of several stages - I started as a junior Java developer, I gained a lot of skills and experience during my years of development (mainly Java full-stack developer). Later I took over mentoring of juniors and trained them in Java technologies. The next stage I reached when I became team leader and later head of software department. I became more familiar with technologies related to Automation and real-time systems and was included also in multiple projects, in 4 of these I was responsible project leader. I was involved in couple of situations when I had to build new team from the scratch or bring complete new competence to our location.
