- reporting directly to General Manager
- leading small team of Senior Accountant, Junior Accountant, Invoicing clerks
- cost controlling & initialization of tenders
- cash fllow management
- posting AP invoices and communication with suppliers
- coordination of Credit management with Sales dpt.
- processing payments and bank accounts reconciliations
- fixed assets accounting activities
- posting internal billing - accruals, payrolls,..
- cash accounting activities
- preparing VAT statements (incl. CZ & SK VAT statements) and statistics reports
- month-end and year-end closing activities
- revenue/cost reporting and cash flow forecasting for management
- providing the information and supporting documents for controlling
- participation in the budgeting process
- managing annual statutory audit process
- reporting to bank - reports related to loan
