Public and Digital Diplomacy & Middle East Affairs Practitioner and Technical Adviser. Joze has working and living experience in Palestine, Lebanon, Israel, UK, The Golan Heights, Venezuela, and the Caucasus-Russia. Joze is passionate about transforming his multicultural ideas, experiences, and perspectives into strategies and leadership that bring about contextual and sustainable solutions. Joze is a strong advocate for stronger social, cultural, economic, and political relations between the Arab Gulf States and the Americas. Joze is currently focusing his research on US-GCC security cooperation, counterterrorism, the Arab Gulf States politics, arts & society. Joze has previously worked in Lebanon with Syrian refugees and local and international NGOs as a researcher and international technical adviser, in Arabic and English. Additionally, in the West Bank, he worked with the Hebron municipality (in Arabic and English) as part of the PR and development team to create development projects for the benefit of the community.Additionally, Joze worked directly on the ground in a bilingual project sponsored by the US Embassy in Moscow-Russia Cultural Section with civil society organizations in the conflict-prone area of Karachay-Cherkessia in order to develop and exchange techniques to address youth delinquent behavior and build capacity. Joze thrives by being part of a community that advocates for global awareness and operates in an interconnected world. Through programming leadership, media analytics, strategy and advice, research, and language skills in English, Arabic, and Spanish, Joze relies on an interdisciplinary skillset. Joze has a proven track record in analytical skills and outreach leadership in high-level think tanks in Middle East Affairs in DC, along with several publications.
