Hybrid position reporting into the Accounts Payable Manager, working in a high volume and fast paced environment.Support Tourism Ireland’s Finance Department, in the areas of Transactions Processing for Purchase Ledger, Purchase Ordering and Personal Expenses, processing transactions for the organisation in a timely and accurate manner and in line with deadlines, policies and procedures.Responsibilities:• Support Ireland Accounts Payable function, including invoice processing and supplier account reconciliation. • Upload supplier invoices into internal AP software.• Process a high volume of invoices for the Irish business.• Resolve supplier queries promptly and reconcile supplier accounts.• Ensure proper authorization of all supplier invoices.• Collaborate with internal departments to address queries and provide support.• Communicate and negotiate with suppliers. • Assist in creating bulk payment files and support assigned trainees.• Additionally, perform any other duties assigned by Manager or Director, including assisting the company with environmental and responsible tourism initiatives.
