Small Wheel Loader Product Engineer (CAT 924, 926, 930 and 938)New Product Implementation (NPI) activities- Product breakdown cost analysis- Product structure analysis, releasing and implementation- Technical support for all machine systems on pilots and production ramp ups- Local design contact and representative, being responsible for capture and present the product scenario on leadership meetings- Local engineering responsibility for projects of +30M USD net profit. Current Product Activities- Manage and update the product structure and configuration- Analyze and release engineering changes to current production for LRC and HRC Small Wheel Loaders- Coordinate stock part quantities and the processual flow to implement engineering changes- Quarterly analysis and follow up of product cost changes- Prioritize field improvements changes and their implementation on the production line- Lead cost reduction projects - Technical support to operations and quality team

- Leading cost analysis for new NPIs and engineering releasing of high impact projects- Cost monitoring and raise of cost reduction projects on current production- Analysis and release of Engineering Chages for Skid Steers, Backhoe Loaders and Wheel Loaders- Engineering responsible for emerging issues and production support on high performance projects- Software and their configuration analysis and development for Wheel Loaders- Work as machine structure configurator for Small Wheel Loaders- Visiting and benchmarking with abroad facilities aiming new manufacturing and desing concepts- Engineering change records releases (focusing on traceability and new Eng. Changes receiving process)

- Product support to field failures acting directly on the production line with engineering solutions- Backhoe Loader NPI support on first production, managing issues and their resolution- Support and resolution of product quality and production emerging issues for Backhoes and Wheel Loaders- Design of light parts and solutions using CAD software (Creo/ProE) aiming reducing the field issues with symple solutions- Developing and Leading the product changes for domestic requests and necessities- Work on engineering solutions for part shortage scenario for Skid Steers, Backhoe Loaders and Wheel Loaders

- Creation and management of internal drawings- Analysis and resolution of CI cards (Continuous improvement)- Analysis and management of cost reduction ideas- Support and direct resolution of production and product quality emerging issues - Local support with NPI projects and it engineering changes/issues

- Development and maintenance of a quick and simple method to generate daily reports of the receivable financial department indicators.- Creation of Power BI dashboards. - Automation of processes using RPA (Uipath) and VBA.- Elaboration of weekly and monthly financial reports.

- Development of a new customer journey reducing the lead time, integrating project management and commercial processes in an effective flow process.- Lead a team with weekly feedbacks, trainings, support and motivation to keep a good climate and excellent results. - Pattern development of commercial proposal and automated pricing for the offered services.- Implementation of a professional CRM and a recording culture in the commercial area.

- Direct customer contact, being responsible for doing all the customer journey in the selling process.- Lead qualification, Cold Calls, First meet and portfolio presentations, commercial presentation including planned project proposal to convert in a effective projects to the business. - Customer satisfaction audit and NPS audits in current projects and ended projects
