The Office of Ethics and Compliance (OEC) is part of the Office of the CEO Board area and reports to both SAP SE’s Global CEO and the Audit Committee of the Supervisory Board. As part of the OEC, my role is focused on identifying and addressing the risks faced by SAP as a result of bribery, corruption and fraud actions of a substantial and criminal nature. This includes compliance with the FCPA (Foreign Corrupt Practices Act), UK Bribery Act and other global anti-corruption and bribery laws.Main activities performed:• Independently develop and implement testing programs and templates for the monitoring of compliance controls.• Perform data retrieval and data analytics to select sample transactions for testing.• Conduct detailed testing of transactions (e.g.: sales orders, vendor payments) and supporting documents against relevant compliance policies and procedures to identify non-compliance and control weaknesses.• Conduct interviews with internal stakeholders to validate documents and processes and assess potential corruption/fraud risk.• Engage with internal stakeholders across the transaction lifecycle to identify and deliver control enhancements based on transaction review findings.• Agree action plans with business stakeholders to mitigate compliance risks identified and enhance controls. • Conduct follow-up activities to check if all action plans have been effectively implemented.• Contribute to regular reporting to leadership on key metrics from the monitoring tool (e.g.: transactions passed/failed, false positives, trends etc).• Support additional ad hoc activities related to business compliance.

• Complete mapping and survey of processes through flowcharts, narratives, presentations and interactive dashboards;• Execution and coordination of works related to the Sarbanes-Oxley Act (SOX) with a focus on testing internal controls to verify the maturity level of the client`s most critical processes;• Identification of key risks and execution of interviews with managers and executives to identify improvements in the client's operations;• Development of interactive dashboards (Microsoft Power Bi) with strategic indicators to evaluate risks and identify improvements;• Coordination of internal audits, delegation of activities, quality assurance reviews, business presentations and execution of meeting results with executives (held in Portuguese and English);• Development of final reports and presentations with the summary of activities performed, goals achieved, and benefits generated (in Portuguese and English); • Monitoring, evidence analysis and testing of action plans to evaluate if the identified inconsistencies have been properly corrected and mitigated;• Trainee mentoring including feedback routines, performance monitoring and goal setting.* Main projects: - Identification of priorities, associated risks and preparation of service provider contracts for the application of the Brazilian General Data Protection Law (LGPD); - Mapping and definition of improvements related to the analysis and resolution processes for customer complaints/disputes;- Monitoring and testing of action plans as a result of several internal audits performed within the client (e.g; new products development, legal contingencies, compensation models for service providers);- Internal controls testing to verify the maturity level of the most critical client`s processes related to SOX (Sarbanes-Oxley Law).Business segments: Healthcare, Mining, Oil & Gas and Telecommunication.

Manage and provide administrative support to several consulting projects conducted by the company.Main business segments and projects: - Mining: Execution of operational tests (internal controls) and risk analysis associated with the Company's International department, mainly related to the logistics, billing and sale of minerals to international clients;- Oil & Gas: Execution of efficiency tests (internal controls), reassessment of operational risks associated with critical processes of the Company and evaluation of the integrity of the information produced (IPE/IUC) according to the current law (Sarbanes-Oxley Act);- Telecommunication: Execution of operational tests (internal controls) and analysis of the integrity of the databases produced by the Company, mainly linked to the Compliance and Business Expansion area.

Participation in the EY's Trainee program, which includes a series of trainings for professional development through EY University (EYU) as well as practical experiences in projects.- Sport: development of presentations, sheets and documents specialized in the Brazilian sports sector to guarantee the logistics and performance of the Olympic Committees during their stay in Brazil;- Telecommunication: interviews with key sectors of the client in order to map the processes performed and raise possible risks that could be mitigated.

UKTI works with UK based businesses to ensure their success in international markets through exports.Main responsibility: Provide commercial and administrative support to UK Trade & Investment Commercial team at the British Consulate-General in Rio de Janeiro:Activities conducted:• Assist UKTI team with OMIS (Overseas Market Introduction Services) – market analysis, contact lists, sector overview, monitor webpages, newspapers and specialized magazines and feed information in the customer relation management platform;• Provide support to the organization of events such as trade missions, seminars and other special events – travel bookings, visits program, preparation of welcome packs and attend networking fairs and official events when necessary;• Raise quotes for suppliers; organize trade magazines and other relevant publications; make phone calls; contact customers whenever necessary by telephone, e-mails or face-to-face meetings, send out mail/invitations by post or e-mail.
