Coordinating Integrated HSE Management System PDCA Monitoring HSE objective and Targets along with HSE management plan. Ensure that all legal compliance issues are conformed. Coordinate BBI Project ( safety culture) Update HSE standards and procedures, and communicate. Support HSE incident/accident investigation and Root cause analysis  Support Risk Assessment as a leading indicator for proactive HSE performance management and continuous improvement. Ensure that critical process and operation activities have specific Job analysis/SOP/and PJO Conduct QHSE Auditing, and ensure all non-conformances are closed out. Be part of Team player of HSE visible leadership in liaison with Senior Management.  Maintain effective communication with up and downstream based on internal approved methods. Present HSE reports to feedback on HSE performance Management progress. Ensure Emergency preparedness plan and Site Emergency drills are conducted, Evaluated and Corrected; Oversee HSE administration activities ( Firefighting Equipment location and maintenance, Sanitation and Waste management programs, First aid team, emergency drill, PPE Control)Conduct HSE Training Needs (Competency and Awareness) Training and Development Strategy. Premotor Zero harm in the Workplace through, HSE competition, motivation methods, reporting system. Actively search, creatively design and implement effective methods to train, enhance performance and recognize performance. Conduct annual training and development needs assessment in liaison with HSE Personnel.  Obtains and/or develops effective training materials utilizing a variety of media. Conduct Outcome Based Assessment for Skill Development and Competency.
