With over 15 years of experience in public affairs and policy advisory and consultancy, I am the Secretary General of ANEBE, the Portuguese Trade Association of Spirits Companies, and the Vice-Chair of the Economic & Fiscal Affairs Committee at spiritsEUROPE, the European trade association for the sector. In these roles, I represent and advocate for the interests of our members, promote responsible consumption and public health, fiscal and tax justice and foster innovation and sustainability. I have a strong background in public and government affairs, having worked as Director at WLPartners, a consultancy firm specialized in this field. I have developed and implemented effective strategies, policies, and campaigns for various clients, including multinational corporations, associations, and institutions, as well as diverse areas such as health, energy, agroindustry, tech and I have also managed budgets, teams, and projects, and established solid relationships with stakeholders and partners. My skills include association management, strategic thinking, stakeholders engagement, advocacy and communication. I am passionate about public affairs management and policy and now about beverages industry and its contribution to the economy, society, and culture.
