- Management and Controlling Group Altitude Software;- Team Management & Performance Building • Productivity & Efficiency Improvement;- Strategic Planning, Execution & Management;- Banking, Purchasing & Negotiation;- Consolidated MRP;- MRP’s Validation & Analysis – Reviews;- Manage the month end general ledger close and associated balance sheet and profit and loss reporting and commentary;- Reviewing monthly reconciliations of key balance sheet items, ensuring all balances are appropriately supported;- Shared Services Center (Global business environment) & Support to all company departments;- Follow up month end close;- Review YOY – Balance and Opex;- Forecasting, Reporting & Analysis – Revenues, opex, non-operating & income tax;- Managing the relationship with internal and external auditors;- Ensuring goals and values are demonstrated in all work performed;- Compliance with Legal entity control and reporting, ensuring assets and liabilities and any associated profit and loss are recorded in the appropriate legal entity;- Manage the inter-company invoicing, reconciliation and reporting process;- Unbilled revenue, accrued expenses, defered costs, Payroll Validation File;- Full analysis aging AR and revenues with sales adm team;- KPIs & KRIs analysis;- BU’s analysis and improvements advices;- Budgeting and Cash Flow Optimization; - Critical customers follow-up and other important matters;- EBIT and Net Income/loss monitoring (monthly);- Mettings with Directors, GM’s and other stakeholders;- Important brainstorms about business;- Banking / Purchasing / Negotiation;- Bank signatory, responsible for approving payments in line with finance policy;- Business Navigator detailed for the shareholders
