My experience starts in the areas of Quality and Product Development and Process. Having managed activities, to the implementation of process and product improvements, introducing new methods and control parameters.In Management of Product Development activities, I am Technical Responsible by the company and act to establish the characteristics, and test methods for evaluation of products and their components.I worked on the development of a new transparent dishwasher detergent, in order to leverage sales of the product and raise the medium term the market share of the company. With the result obtained an increase of 10.8% to 14% in the first year, reaching 50% market share today.Also I worked on the development of other products in the extensive line of House Hold products with leadership (fabric softener) and other expressive Share (Laundry detergent, cleaners and multi-use) on the market and Personal Care (soaps).Currently I'm manager the area of research and development. With decision-making process, from development, installation, training, and performance monitoring.I am responsible for the technical service of the company SAC, and technical assistance to suppliers and customers.Implemented and coordinated for years the area of environment and utilities company with expertise in biological system of wastewater treatment by activated sludge and water reuse.
