Key Responsibilities:- Leading key business accounts (responsible for business development and partner engagement)- Leading key innovation, strategy, stakeholder engagement and narrative-change projects and programmes- Developing Xynteo's strategy directly with the CEO (including guest participation at board meetings)- Designing and implementing innovation methodologies for Xynteo project delivery teams (inc. design thinking, lean methodologies and systems thinking).Currently leading a programme supporting a large multinational bank defining its ESG strategy. Past projects include: -Exploration of technology-enabled solutions to 'make sustainable choices simple for everyone for a large tech company; - Defining a strategy to change the global narrative around refugees for a multinational retailer- Designing and delivering large stakeholder collaborations and innovation sprints for a multinational retail company - sprints included business resilience, impact entrepreneurship and circular economy.- Leading a programme to support a large multinational to influence COP26 negotiations.

Key responsibilities:- Designing and managing a Corporate-Social Responsibility programme for a large O&G company in Angola/Nigeria- Designing, managing and facilitating Innovation Studios: Open-innovation sprints to design solutions for large systemic problems such as the refugees crisis and plastic waste; - Designing and managing the Impact Maker Award: A micro-acceleration programme for over 100 entrepreneurs working to solve large systemic challenges such as transport, food and agriculture, energy and finance.

Designing and scaling innovative business solutions for large systemic problems.Projects included: - Designing new products/services leveraging innovative business models for two large European utilities.- Defining frameworks to support continuous innovation for two large European utilities.- Managing a large partnership between UNDP and IKEA Foundation in India, to empower 1 million women.
