Graduate in Nutritional Psychiatry from Deakin University in partnership with the Food & Mood Centre, Australia. Trained in Perinatal Psychiatry by the European Institute for Perinatal Mental Health. Advanced training in Interpersonal Psychotherapy, certified by the Interpersonal Psychotherapy Institute and the International Society of Interpersonal Psychotherapy (ISIPT). Trained as a Psychodrama Director through the Portuguese Psychodrama Society, currently in the final phase of supervision.
