My professional career started while at the University teaching in Professionalization Courses, training young boys to be skilled technicians.At the end of my graduation, I joined a Telecom company as field engineer, developing technical and operational activities, giving me the chance to acquire a good level of practical and field experience in the deployment of projects overcoming the gap between school theory and the real life.Later, I evolved to project design, solutions integration and Product Development, were my practical knowledge acquired in my first professional years were of great value.At this stage my broad and practical view of all stages of the life-cycle of projects, solutions and products allowed me to evolve to a new world, that of the Business Development and Account Management. My broad vision of all the technical aspects and the operational concepts, associated with a fair amount of emotional intelligence allowed me to listen and understand Customer pains while immediately start to figure out in my head how to solve it and design a suitable solution and, often, push for new needs.With my experience and background, it was easy to have always a good “story” to tell, helping me to be really credible, speaking the same language of my Customers and having had similar experiences.At this stage, Marketing and Communication entered in my playground. In this activity, I had the chance to have a European wide role as regional Marketing Director of a high-Tech worldwide leader. This experience was paramount to enrich my experience with a multicultural view and wider horizons.Today, my day-to-day is defined by 4 virtuous vectors: Strategy, Marketing & Communication, Product Development and finally Innovation.Along my career, I had the chance to experience all phases throughout the whole life cycle of products always with Customer needs in my mind.After 14 years at Thales, we all at the Ground Transportation Systems moved to Hitachi Rail.A new era starts and in the scope of this move my functions were extended to lead Hitachi Rail in Morocco.A new challenge, a new Country, new Customers, new Team.
