- Responsible for several teams within the product business line: Business Development (CCD & DC), Product Management, IT Consultancy (infrastructure solution design), Sales Operations, Bid Management and Sales Support Management all across Europe.- Oversee of solution designs and responsible for the final outcome- Present challenges and successes to region stakeholders- Find ways of improving the results with minimal impact on headcount- People Management- Knowledge across the board in the product business for enterprises.- Preparation of new projects, creating all the necessary documentation like statements of work, service catalogs and training plans

Solution architect:- Server and storage solutions- Client Computing Devices- Networking (SAN/NAS)- Integrated SystemsResponsible for the design of IT solutions.BAU consists in gathering information about the customer's site and size an appropriate hardware solution based on the customer's requirements / workloads.In direct contact with sales representatives to provide the best possible solution.Clarification meetings with the customers to explain how the solution works and why it's the best fit.I am also required to analyze RFP's and RFI's and am expected to design a solution and provide the technical clarifications and compliance.I am also expect to always be on top of the new technologies and being aware of what the competition is offering.The main focus of my daily workload is designing x86 server and Storage (SAN/NAS) solutions and everything around that (High Availability, Failover clusters, Converged and Hyper-Converged systems).Backup appliances and tape libraries also play a role in my daily business cases.I am expected to know my way around virtualization platforms licensing (mainly vmware and microsoft server - hyper-v)I am also in charge of a region in europe, where I am the single point of contact. In this project I am expected to provide datacenter and CCD solutions as well as answering technical questions if they arise.I provide all the trainings to the new members of our team.

My position inside the company consisted in being the first point of contact in the IT department.I was responsible to provide accurate information and transfer the various incidents to the right support.I was expected to deliver the information either from the IT to the support group or vice-versa. Our department mainly dealt with IT-related problems. From networking to SAP printing.A good knowledge of IT infrastructure was required in this position. All the interactions with the user took place mainly in French, so proficiency was a must. When the French wasn’t the language used we reverted to English to better assist the user.Some of the tasks included back-office tasks like performing backups, reviewing procedures and organizing files.In our department we had several procedures that needed to be followed accordingly, so as to respect the SLA's and to inform everyone correctly.Some of the tasks I was required to perform required strict deadlines and had to be performed within 15 minutes of arrival and with a very degree of precision.The main work tool was BMC Remedy, and later ServiceNow.After 4 months in the company new tasks were delegated to me. I was then required to go to conference meetings with project leaders, to analyze the week that had past and find solutions to communicate to the team if necessary. We also reviewed what's coming up the next week.I was also delegated tasks from other departments after a few months in the company.
