Organikka is a community and cultural movement that promotes music, fine arts and everything you can find in between. Having produced more than 500 concerts, experiences, collective art exhibitions with artists from Barcelona & the world.Beyond La Ciudad Condal, ​​Organikka has been able to take its concepts to cities such as Hong Kong, Buenos Aires, São Paulo, Florianópolis and Ibiza. We’ve worked/ collaborated with institutions/brands such as Alhambra, Campari, Esade, Jameson, Federal University of Santa Catarina and concert halls such as Marula Café, La Nau, Jamboree, among many others.Main Tasks:- Brand partnerships- Community building (online & offline) - Scouting of musicians, artists and locations- Event production (pre, during and post tasks)- Contact and coordination of external providers/ logistics / venue liasing- Content creation for social networks

- Editorial line of visual & narrative content: tone & language; having produced videoclips, documentaries, fashion films and other formats of digital media.- Independently produced +150 successfulmultidisciplinary events alongside other musicians, DJs & Visual Artists.- Taking part in multiple events for networking & finding new trends in the market.- Successfully finished a 1 hour documentary on music & culture shot during the pandemic between Catalonia and Brazil. The project had no funding at all and it was produced independently by João Thurnher, the premiere & release reunion took place at Cinemes Boliche in Barcelona. Over 1000 people have watched the documentary that has been screened in Spain, Germany and Brazil - Copywriting, Marketing, Music Curation, Casting for Production , Sales

Responsible for Guzzo FM show on www.mixcloud.com/guzzoCurating some of the hottest local DJ´s to build a loyal melomaniac community. In charge of image & brand reputation as well as carefully selecting local musicians that perform at the audiophile restaurant located in the heart of Barcelona, El Born.After 4 months running the project we could get a collaboration through with Playasol Ibiza Radio which is both a digital radio and FM on 92.4.

- Created a bridge between Music & Fashion bydeveloping the market of the festival, bringing around 30 fashion brands from London, Madrid, Berlin as well as Barcelona.
