With over 7 years of experience in customer support and 2 years as a product quality analyst, I have an extensive knowledge of computer networks, with skills in Linux, WiFi, TR-069, and other network protocols. My passion for testing and customer satisfaction has led me to acquire expertise in programming logic, test case creation, functional testing, usability testing, smoke testing, API testing, and regression testing, as well as in a survey of technical requirements of software.I had the opportunity to work as a Product Quality Analyst on the development of the first 5G CPE project in Brazil, developed by the Intelbras 5G Network R&D team, and I am very proud of this accomplishment. This experience has further honed my skills in software testing, survey of technical requirements of software, and 4G/5G network protocols.I am always excited to achieve excellence in everything I do, working collaboratively to guarantee that each project meets customer requirements and delivers business value.
