Support demand planning activities and new seasons preparation for wholesale clients at an European level. Conduct business analysis supported by historical data extraction from previous seasons, in order to achieve the best assortment in terms of products, sizes and quantities to different wholesale accounts. Responsible for maintaining reports, resourcing to MS Access, SAS, SAP BusinessObjects and Tableau, that offer insights over orders and forecast.Manage the flow of information from different data sources and gather all in an European level report. Mainly orders data from all European Wholesale Accounts, and benchmarking effective volumes and revenues against forecast. Develop and Maintain Excel Working files for Wholesale Planning Department, used for planning purposes. Preparation of Excel working files for new seasons, especially size selecting tools for all Wholesale Accounts. That later will be used as input data for SAP APO.Demand forecast transmission into SAS system.Direct contact with Levi's Spanish and Italian offices, by identifying, and sharing, stock evolution information. Also, sharing information, in a report, showing over forecasted units in other European markets that can be used to satisfy Spanish and Italian extra demand needs. Both for Levi´s and Dockers brands.

Responsible for the procurement policy regarding packaging material for a factory in Coimbra and Póvoa de Santa Iria. Purchasing order management based on effective orders and forecast, aided by Excel working files, MRP and SAGE X3 Sofware.Evaluate stock status and propose actions towards stock optimization. Identify near obsolete stock and start a process, with the comercial team, in order to market the products.Direct contact with supplier to manage, in a weekly basis, the daily shift supply of packaging material to the factory. Manage delays and, in those situation, prioritize packaging material with suppliers, accordingly with meeting held with production planning department.
