As a technical support intern at the Social Security Institute of the Municipal Servant of São José dos Campos, my duties were diverse and covered several areas of activity. - One of my main responsibilities was transferring the institute's backup to the cloud, which ensured greater security and lower cost for the data. In addition, I was responsible for creating spreadsheets and procedures to inform local users on how to use the City Hall's software, which required communication and organization skills. - Another area in which I worked was the maintenance of hardware and software, being responsible for ensuring the proper functioning of the equipment and systems used by the institute. I was also responsible for monitoring an Active Directory, which had about 50 employees, and dealing with any network errors that could affect the functioning of the system. - In addition, I was responsible for maintaining the institute's website, working with PHP, Java and CSS, as well as editing the website's logos in Photoshop and adding them together with the supplier. - Another important task was to provide training for two more interns who entered the company, transmitting my knowledge and skills so that they could provide better service to the institute's users.
