• Creation, maintenance, updating and governance of Material (Latam) and Customer (Brazil) master data;• Management of 3 RPAs for customer registration;• Creation of a power BI to control all the processes that take place in Master Data;• Massive analysis and extraction of data (SAP), ensuring that it is correct, complete and up to date in all relevant systems and processes;• Identifying opportunities for improvement in master data management processes and proposing solutions to increase data efficiency, quality and value;• Responsible for registering customers in the database;• Purchase order (PO) and NV (Negotiation View) analysis;• Contact with RTVs and GTVs (technical sales representatives/managers);

• Management of client audit requests from the Very Small Audit (VSA) and IT Specialist (ETI) areas;• Daily verification of the availability of professionals from all audit areas, in order that all professionals are allocated to clients;• Creation and follow up of requisitions requested by the leadership (managers and partners);• Fortnightly follow-up of the hours worked by the employees in each audit client, with the purpose of not exceeding the amount of hours agreed upon between the parties (Deloitte - Client);• Bi-weekly closing of debited hours (charged) x programmed hours, with the objective that all charging be done according to 100% of worked hours;• Updating of vacation requests (Requested and Approved);• Release of occurred/future trainings in the professionals' agenda;• Elaboration of Excel spreadsheets for release control;
