The Kern National Network for Flourishing in Medicine (KNN) is preparing physicians from pre-med through practice with an emphasis on caring and character. ArtsECO is a spectrum of arts education services benefiting teachers and students in the Milwaukee area. The program ranges in offerings from an after school arts programs for middle schoolers to a high school pre-college program to teacher development workshops and institutes.

Infants to adults, novice to professional in studio and outreach settings specializing in creative movement, modern, tap/ballroom, intergenerational arts and choreographic improvisation techniques. Responsible for planning and implementation of year-round sequential curricula as well as short-term creative curricula in dance, theater and thematic/curriculum integration.

Refined and gave shape to the managerial and content-related processes for outreach activities as related to the mission and goals of Danceworks to take place in Milwaukee area schools (public, private, charter), youth centers, museums, adult residences and churches. Responsibilities include: managing information flow, marketing, program design and growth, collaborative planning, budgeting, contracting, teacher training, observation and evaluation, reporting and documentation. Extensive program management and facilitation, including: project planning and strategizing, coordinating project participants (staff, artists, school personnel), planning and executing professional development for program participants, program-wide event planning and coordination, coordinating with evaluation team, reporting and documentation.

Supervision and management of new electronic communications initiative for New York City’s largest and most comprehensive arts-in-education organization including the launch, ongoing management and upgrading of a newly designed website and the transition from tradition print to e-communications; design, compilation, editing and publishing of regular email communications, quarterly newsletters and annual report. Supervisory position with 3 staff and 1 intern.

Facilitator of arts programming in New York City public schools from inception through implementation to reporting/evaluation, including: management and design of budgets totaling over $200K per year, programmatic planning, liaison for 15+ schools/programs throughout NYC per year, invoicing and payment processing, scheduling, processing artist payroll, facilitating meetings between artistic and school staff, grant and program reporting, documentation, supervision, conference and professional development attendance, artist/teacher professional development, assistant supervision.
