Worked with crews on landscape installations. Responsible for maintenance accounts, working with suppliers and customers. Sold maintenance and fertilizer packages. Worked with customers on a variety of projects ensuring customer satisfaction and quality of work. Responsible for billing customers, working with other crews, managing small projects.

Sales and training of School Tipline program.

Manage and coordinate all parts of building of new homes from finish of foundation to beginning of finish work. Included all ordering, city and company inspections, coordinating crews, deliveries, sub contractors, and monitor quality of work. Set and run the schedule while working with homeowners to ensure satisfaction and change orders. Responsible for hiring and firing, training and evaluating up to 20 employees on 4 crews. Helped with company direction, implementation of safety programs, wage and bonus evaluations, and day to day operations.
