Senior Director Of Strategy And Information Design
Current• Manages team of data analysts, researchers and planners in developing strategies, projects and objectives related to improving hospital, specialty care and clinical health care services;• Leads development of pilot projects, inter-local agreements and contracts with local government entities, nonprofits and health care providers in matters of business development, communications and health services;• Oversees the development of implementation and evaluation plans for pilot programs;• Facilitates and participates in local committees and task forces, including the Travis County Health Care Transportation Working Group;• Leads creation and oversight of performance dashboards related to strategic metrics and performance levels;• Oversees development of strategic plans to set multi-year organizational objectives and measures;• Leads the research and development of demographic reports and projections of Travis County’s population;• Oversees staff hiring, performance reviews and personnel management;• Creates and manages annual budget of department expenses;• Participates in the development of Central Health’s annual report, budget presentations, and requests for proposals;• Provides regular presentations and updates to Central Health Board of Managers, as well as external partners such as Austin City Council, Travis County Commissioners Court and the Dell Medical School at The University of Texas.
