I am competent in various training disciplines as a training provider/ trainer.I am well-equipment to perform extensive Risk Assessments and Incident Investigations.I thoroughly understand ISO Systems and has taken lead on the development of 3 Systems in my consulting career.I am a trained and certified Auditor, Internal and External, in ISO Systems, Legal Compliance and Procedural Requirements.I am an Emergency Response Planner.I am very good at Documentation Development, Implementation and Revision.I have a very good understanding of the Labour Act 11 of 2007 as well as the Government Notice 156 of 1997 (Act 6 of 1992).I have been a part of the Forum revising the Occupational Health & Safety Policy of Namibia at the Ministry of Labour, Industrial Creations and Employment Creation.Throughout my years as a consultant, I obtained numerous skills with Risk Assessments, Auditing, Training, Consulting, Developing Systems, and Implementing Systems at various companies across Namibia.
