I took over the Production Manager role at City Winery Boston while the Current PM was on leave for 5 weeks. My duties included mixing concerts, private event A/V, scheduling and communicating show/event information and strategies to guest engineers, attending and contributing to weekly staff meetings, keeping track of labor hours and costs, ordering and maintaining equipment, and advancing tech information for all events in the building.
