With over 12 years of experience, his work has been hailed as innovative and creative in the industry, having worked on global accounts like Disney, Nutella, People Magazine, Ferrero Rocher, Twinnings, Icy Hot and many more.In 2020, JP was named one of the AdAge 40 under 40, recognizing his outstanding contribution to the advertising world. He has been known to challenge the status quo, bringing fresh and insightful perspectives to his campaigns, and constantly pushing the boundaries of creativity. He has received numerous awards, including Clios, Webbies, OneShow, GLAAD, and Effies, among othersJP is not just about accolades and success. He is also a champion of inclusivity and social causes, using his platform to create change. In 2017, JP and his husband Xavier Cruz founded Strands For Trans, the world's first affirming registry of hair, beauty, and wellness industries. Strands For Trans aims to put acceptance on the map for all transgender folk by helping them find safe and welcoming spaces to get the beauty treatments they need. Strands For Trans is now a non-profit organization with JP's leadership as Executive Director, the organization will continue to challenge and make a real difference in the world.
