JP led a team of 30+ business development and sales staff including 16 sales executives, 10 proposal team members, and 5 sales operations staff. JP started with CLEAResult in 2011 driving numerous key sales initiatives. JP started building CLEAResult's sales team from scratch in late-2011, and developed all of CLEAResult's sales methodologies and all back-office sales forecasting and reporting capabilities.
