- Created a dataset of every article from the politics section of the main media outlets dating back from 2015 with Professor James Turk to analyze differences on how media outlets portrays different politicians- Responsible for utilizing web scraping techniques and media sources own API using Python and parsing results to retrieve text and images from each article; resulted in a dataset of 3 million+ records and over 100GB of images

The FNE is the Chilean competition authority responsible for defending and promoting competition in all markets or productive sectors of the Chilean economy.Responsible for analyzing 25+ mergers in a variety of sectors by performing economic analysis of mergers; combined theoretical concepts of microeconomics and carried out statistical analysis using econometrics, competition policy tools, and other statistical methods on multiple combined data sources using Stata.Responsible for communicating the results of the investigation to the National Economic Prosecutor and the merging parties’ key attorneys and executives and preparing the economic analysis final report which dictated the legal decision of the FNE on the merger approval status.
