JP is the Managing Partner of Fieldfisher Ireland (formerly McDowell Purcell). Fieldfisher is an international law firm with a network of more than 1,550 people working across 25 offices providing highly commercial advice based on an in-depth understanding of their clients' needs. Fieldfisher Ireland's office is full service and specialises in the major practice areas of business law. As Managing Partner, JP oversees all aspects of the business including strategy, communication, marketing and finance with a view to maintaining and improving the firm's track record in delivering innovative advice to its domestic and international clients. In addition to his Managing Partner role, JP also heads up Fieldfisher's Public and Regulatory/Planning and Environmental Department. In this role, JP manages a specialised team of 32 solicitors, who provide a host of legal services to statutory, regulatory and licensing bodies operating across a range of sectors, including health and social care, education, charities, finance, planning, environmental and professional services.
