I’m one of three lead installers at Netlink, a low-voltage data cabling business. One of our goals is to provide excellent and efficient work so as to meet a deadline in a timely manner while providing an excellent product. This requires that I come prepared to the job site or existing business with a plan in place for me and my team as well as the ability to problem solve quickly. All of these things are focused toward our main goal of making sure our customers are pleased with the product that we provide.In my job I problem solve and team build on a daily basis. On a weekly basis, I communicate with customers as well as other contractors to ensure the final product of our installation is up to the customer’s expectations. In my previous job as an assistant youth pastor, I spoke publicly on a weekly basis to, depending on the event, twenty to eighty students. I provided one on one mental, emotional, and spiritual support to high school and middle school boys in the community, and I helped plan large events with many details months in advance.Most importantly, I’m passionate about people. More specifically, I’m passionate about men and women finding their own personal drive to freely chase after their dreams because I believe that is a major key to the health of families, and therefore communities, and therefore countries, and therefore the world.
