CurrentAs a Business Analyst at BlueGrace Logistics, I drove the software development lifecycle (SDLC) by evaluating development requests for ROI and LOE, gathering detailed business requirements, and collaborating with stakeholders at all levels. I transformed business needs into actionable EPICs, features, and user stories, facilitating Agile sprints to deliver impactful solutions. I worked closely with developers and QA teams to ensure alignment with business expectations, supported test case creation, and led user acceptance testing (UAT) to validate outcomes. Post-deployment, I partnered with the Customer Success team to address production issues, ensuring seamless integration and quality delivery. My role required strong analytical skills, effective communication, and a deep understanding of technical and business processes to bridge gaps and deliver solutions that enhanced organizational performance. Project Highlights Mercury Gate Remediation: transitioned integrated third-party TMS to our in-house BlueShip TMS by developing solutions for EDI 210 mapping, unmatched invoice management, and vendor audit processes, streamlining operations and reducing costs. Invoice Visibility: assisted in the creation of a reporting tool to provide full visibility of payable and pending receivable invoices. Analyzed invoice lifecycles, presented findings to executives, and delivered solutions to enhance tracking and forecasting capabilities for upper management. Invoice Audit Automation: automated manual carrier invoice audits by analyzing end-user processes and implementing API-driven solutions, significantly increasing efficiency and reducing errors. Financial Force: migrated billing and accounting processes to Salesforce’s Certinia (Financial Force), to ensure a smooth transition for the Billing, Sales, and Commercial Operations teams.
