Currently in a lead role project-based position.•9 Years in IT Industry*Day to Day task*•Drive incident, issue and outage management, investigation, and restoration.•Responsible in troubleshooting basic end-user issues related to workstation, server, network, voice,assets and mobile•Monitor systems and trends and prevent occurrence of incidents, problems and errors and improveoverall performance.•Schedule, track and facilitate acceptance of changes to the production environments by using theapplicable Configuration Management, Change Management and Production Service Readinessprocesses.•Operate IT production services according to management protocols and Service Level Agreements (SLAs).•Support/lead the infrastructure Service Management lifecycle, ensuring client satisfaction and management of risk to services.•Responsible in providing timely and accurate update and information on assigned Incident and servicerequest.•Coordinates with concerned teams, vendors, and/or appropriate third party as part of operationsescalation as necessary.
