In my role as Director of the Center for Professional Learning, I led over 50+ contract faculty and four instructional designers in designing, developing and implementing certificate programs, workshops, webinars, and online leadership development programs. I drove strategy and operations for my unit including organizing resources and creating efficient workflows. Through partnerships with the Consulting Solutions unit, my team offered customized learning solutions for a variety of organizations in the United States and in Latin America. Achievements in this role included:✱ Rebuilding the instruction design (ID) team; 100% of the team remained in their roles since 2016, providing our clients with continuity and exceptional service. ✱ Planning and executing three instructional design summits, all with exceptional evaluations. The 2019 conference was held in person and the 2020 and 2021 conferences were held virtually. ✱ Co-authoring Delivering High Quality Instruction Online in response to COVID-19: Faculty playbook and 2 playbooks for course design for faculty. ✱ Supporting the design and execution of multiple learning programs for instructional design and leadership development of elearning professionals in Latin America.✱ Launching a digital credential program in 2017 using Credly badging platform.
