As a database developer I was responsible for the analysis, design, development and implementation of software tools oriented to improve different processes. I developed the front-end in Access along with Visual Basic and the back-end with databases hosted in Microsoft SQL Server. These tools were used to process the requests of more than 700 offices nationwide as well as the bank's physical and virtual sales channels.In a large project that involved the coordination of several departments, I was responsible for developing a tool which allowed us to have a control of the credits belonging to the states or cities of the country. Similar to what is known as "SCHUFA" in Germany but in this case for the federal states and not for individuals or companies. For about two years I contributed to the digital strategy that the bank was following and which has allowed it to grow rapidly in recent years.

As I moved into this role I had the opportunity to lead teams, known internally as cells, of 7 to 12 people on average. This was largely due to the fact that in a short period of time I learned to perform all the different roles (from start to finish) that were part of our Vehicle Credit product. Thanks to my passion for learning, I was eager to take on new challenges and responsibilities.This is how I also had the opportunity to develop Business Intelligence functions, because our processes were constantly changing, we worked hand in hand with expert analysts applying the Lean Banking methodology. Thanks to an incredible teamwork with very talented people we were able to reduce response times by half. Leadership experience, solution-driven teamwork and quick adaptation to change, were critical skill I developed as I took the next step in my career

From the different roles and responsibilities that I performed in this position, I had the opportunity to learn about the operation of several stages that were part of the product "Vehicle Credit". With a demonstrable curiosity and desire to learn something new every day, I formed the foundations that would allow me to develop my career in the Bank in an accelerated manner over almost 6 years.
