Connecta is a Swedish management- and IT-company which helps Companies located in Scandinavia in need of change. Hired as an infrastructure consultant with focus against Microsoft technology. Specialized in implementing, configuring and transitioning global infrastructure for large and enterprise companies with focus on various Microsoft server based platforms.

Contracted by NasdaqOMX to solve the technical difficulties within the Infrastructure, operating infrastructure during the integration of NASDAQ and OMX back in 2008. Assignment consisted of integrating server softwares, administration and operation servers, such as Windows 2003 / 2008 server, Active Directory, Exchange 2003 / 2007 server, Database Management (Lotus Notes, Remedy), VPN solutions (Checkpoint, Cisco, Hamachi). Deployment Servers (megapage, Altiris) Bluefish encryptions, BlackBerry Enterprise Server and DME (Dynamic Mobile Exchange). The daily work consisted of operating and troubleshooting large system failures, involvement in projects such as global software enrollments, integration of OMX- and Nasdaqs existing IT-systems, Active Directory and Exchange migration and build-up, further build-up and development of workflow and technical environment against the office-platform. Through an effective workflow, beginning of a new integrated global IT-infrastructure was established for NasdaqOMX which led to minimized costs, an improved structured IT-environment and a more efficient workflow following ITIL. This resulted in that NasdaqOMX took home the award for the best IT-Project of the year at CIO Sweden Awards.

As a hired consultant from Teleperformance I was assigned to test Apples new software’s and MAC OSX before the global launch date. After the launch of the first Intel Mac OSX I became to act as a system technician for Swedish and Finnish company customers through assisting as them as a technical leader and help building Mac computer, Mac networks and integration between Mac and Windows in Office-environment.

I was with the company of its birth, Highland. Which focused on whole IT-solutions for company customers, web design and troubleshooting end-users IT-systems. At the birth of the company Iassisted with cabling, networking and was the responsible for installation and configuration of Highland internal network.After the company got started I became a consultant which focus towards IT-solutions within the Office-environment against Highlands Company customers. The work resulted in that of Highland could achieve their goals thanks to a continues structured workflow to satisfy their customer needs.
