Early years: After college I jumped right into the booming Real Estate market in Orlando, FL and worked my way up through the Mortgage field for builders KB Homes, Pulte, and Park Square Homes. While I was with these Builders I acquired my Real Estate License and Title License and also did a lot of work with buyers and sellers while being the Head of Secondary Financing DepWhen the market bubble burst I realized that the builders were selling homes for $400,000, but homes in the same neighborhood were being "SHORT SALE" for $150,000. I instantly created JTP Investments and started buying Short Sale homes and flipping them or renting them for a specific ROI. I then grew my company and eventually had over 300 homes under my management company & $1.5 Billion in Investors Portfolio.Having the Real Estate, Mortgage, and Property management under the same roof for Investors made the process from start to finish very simple for any client involved with transactions at JTP Investments.
