Specialising in tailor-made in-person or virtual fitness classes or post-operative rehabilitation specific to their requirements:- Constant and ongoing engagement with 15+ clients, based both in South Africa and Europe.- Discussing goals, timelines, payment terms and setting realistic expectations and personal tasks.- Daily interaction with clients, outside of training sessions, to ensure their needs, requirements and fitness goals remain relevant.- Assisting clients to reach personal milestones (e.g. preparing for a skiing vacation; the Warrior Race or local sporting events).- Customising workout or rehabilitation programmes that clients can do no matter where they are, should a gym not be accessible.- Working around each client's individual schedule to guarantee health & fitness is a priority in their everyday.

A privately-owned Kickboxing Gym focused on a holistic lifestyle through group classes & individual attention to sustainable training:- Successfully 'relocate' 50+ existing clients from in-class training to a virtual environment for the duration of the Covid-19 South African Lockdown.- Commitment to ensuring the gym was accessible to our clients, 6 days a week, from 06h00-19h00.- Being on standby to take on any private clients or group classes in the absence of the Owner.- Sticking to a set kickboxing syllabus to guarantee clients felt their training was dynamic and they could achieve realistic milestones and goals.- Assisting 8+ women in a safe and gentle manner to reach their health goals, for the full duration of their pregnancy and after clearance from their doctor 6 weeks post-partum.- Maintaining a close professional relationship with a Biokineticist to guarantee clients had a supportive team that kept their goals as a priority.- Facilitated and participated in 3+ unisex Sparring Classes so clients could first-hand physical contact during kickboxing.- Maintained the highest standards of hygiene, cleanliness and safety at all times, with a urgency to implement this during the Covid-19 pandemic.

- Commitment to being one of the first staff onsite at the Hotel at 06h00, daily.- Full management and administrative control of the Kitchen, Restaurant and Bar Departments.- Stock control in its entirety (including food items in the Kitchen and bar fridges for expiration dates and stock rotation; storerooms for over or understocking & monthly stock takes on the system and completing of trading accounts for Restaurant and Bar).- Completion of monthly, daily and weekly Cost Reports & sales figures required for trading account reconciliation.

- Cleaning geared specifically to the Super Yacht industry and associated support services.- All major and minor janitorial services, including snow shovelling and salt laying; refuse collection, sorting and bin cleaning; stairwell and gutter cleaning; rust removal from shipyard bathroom floors and post boxes; cleaning of septic tanks in Yacht engine rooms and vacuuming and cleaning of crew cabins on a new-build yacht.-Engine room and mooring deck detailing and polishing to only the highest standards of Lürssen's best practice.- Maintaining physical strength and wellbeing to meet all my deliverables for long hours and in snowy European Winter conditions.

- Full desktop and Help Desk support to corporate office staff.- Ongoing and daily installation and repairing of the physical components of mainly Apple MacBook computers- Constant testing and reworking of parts and software until the user was satisfied and the machine was declared 'ready for work'.- Diagnose and resolve unique, nonrecurring problems associated with application software and operating systems; determine the source of problems and classify their level, priority and nature.- Ensure desktop computers interconnect seamlessly with diverse systems including associated validation systems, file servers, email servers, computer conferencing systems, application servers and administrative systems.- Comfortably navigate around desktop hardware, software applications, operating systems and network connectivity.
