I lead a team to procure raw materials, conduct demand planning and production scheduling, and assist with new product development. I oversaw the P&L, new product launches, and customer development. By devising a forecasting tool, we were able to significantly reduce spoilage. We also exceeded all of the sales forecasts and expectations by implementing a new distributor model.

I provided expertise and advice to help startup companies in the Consumer Goods industry improve their business performance. I developed strategic roadmaps, business plans, and go-to-market strategies. I optimized distribution methods to reduce costs and improve profitability.

I directed a salesforce of 230 broker associates, successfully meeting or exceeding our annual sales targets for the natural food channel. I conceived and executed marketing strategies, forecasted sales and profitability. I managed a multi-million-dollar budget with P&L responsibility, and developed new systems to streamline all the processes, including communication, deductions, and order process, between our broker partners and Nestlé. I also hired a systems group to manage the buy-sell process in the military, saving hundreds of workforce hours.

I managed military, natural, and export sales channels, with revenue in the tens of millions. I oversaw a team of 185 broker managers and retail representatives and conducted sales forecasting, goal setting, and performance reporting for all natural, military and export accounts. I negotiated prices, terms of sales, and service agreements with clients. I had full P&L accountability, and enhanced customer relationships by diverting the export channel.
