I worked as a principal software engineer at Samsung Electronics and was in charge of advanced R&D and mass production development of service robots and cleaning robots for 17 years. After immigrating to the States, I worked as a senior software engineer at BIT Group USA (a medical device company) and Miso Robotics. I am working at Medtronic to develop an insulin pump for diabetics. I have experience in software architecture design and implementation (Microcontroller/DSP firmware, Embedded Linux, RTOS, Windows applications), sensor fusion, actuator/motor control, machine vision, motion control, and navigation algorithms for mobile robots, GUI Framework, and cloud interface (Datadog/Zendesk/GCP/AWS API).
