I started my journey onboard at the age of 23 and it was September 2015 when I joined Star Cruises - Superstar Aquarius as a Bellman. From then on, I expanded my skills and knowledge in Hospitality Management. On the 4th month of my first contract, I worked as an Embarkation Staff where we handle Guest Travel Documents. As I go on with my 2nd contract, I was also able to rescue Front Office Department as a FO Receptionist.After gaining certificates of my rescues, I was officially transferred to FO Department and became an official FO Receptionist.As I did my best and continue doing the job that I enjoyed with, I was given a recognition of my hard work as an "Achiever of the Month" for March 2018. From that moment on, I became more motivated and did my very best for the company as well as exceeding guest expectations. In the middle of my 3rd Contract more opportunities came as I was given the chance to be a Team Leader where I Supervised my colleagues and the department. In April 2019, I began my 5th contract at Dream Cruises - World Dream Cruises (under the same company of Star Cruises) with the same position as Front Office Receptionist. While I was in the middle of my contract I was given another recognition by the company, Genting Hong Kong. I was awarded as an "Achiever of the Year" for the year of 2018.Then Pandemic came where it was a challenge for the cruise industries. I had my 7th contract on the same ship, WDR and became a Team Leader. I spent the contract for a year and was given again a recognition as a "Dream Maker of the Month" for the month June 2021.Due to company's financial crisis, I started my Expedition Cruise Ship Journey at Cruise International Management - Leisure or known now as Anglo Eastern Management Leisure. We cater Arctic and Antarctic Cruises where I am having now my 3rd contract. Since then, I was given a recognition again as Employee of the Month - March 2023.As I go along, I am still open to the opportunities of learning and discovering new things, not only for my growth but also to contribute on how to give beyond expectation services to guest.
