It turns their ~2 hour event video into 30 second clips personalised for each graduate of their moment on stage, ready to share on social media.Starting from a new company when joined, StageClip grew to $5m turnover, offices in UK and US, 1000+ clients including Arizona State University and Harvard Medical School, and partnerships with large school networks in the US and Australia.Work with CEO and COO to define products and built roadmap.Hand built the prototype of the Video Processing service and the client ready MVP in C# and Node.js.Procured, on-boarded, and lead up to 3 teams of 5-15 developers in UK, Ukraine, and Poland.Inventor of the company's patent for the video processing automation theory (US Patent #10943127).Created governance and policies for the business covering IP, security, and best practices.Build goals and initiatives to support the company's exponential year-on-year growth.Lead Research and Development for new projects and cost savings with cloud scale, computer vision, and AI.For Covid, almost all in person events were cancelled.
