In this role, I lead property management for 30 sites encompassing 1.5 million square feet. I use the Yardi property management system to organize and manage lease information.I am responsible for financial affairs, tracking expenses and approving invoices. I develop and manage annual budgets.The scope of my work includes maintaining strong relationships with tenants and subcontractors as well as ensuring compliance with all applicable codes, laws, and regulations.
